In the map of the University. You can find place of Opening ceremony that will starts 20:00 HRS on 17 December in building D1 (Crescent Great Hall).

Technical meeting starts 11:00 HRS on 18 December for Delegation Heads and Coaches also in building D1 (Crescent Great Hall).

The Tournament Hall will be in G1 (Sports Building) with ceremonial move at 14:30 HRS.

Know your building and tell the bus driver to take you near your building when you arrive. Your keys, in envelopes with your name, will be at the building reception.

Dormitories have double and triple family rooms with two adjacent bathrooms on each floor.
